Alfalfa (seeds and herbs) is a versatile dietary supplement. Alfalfa is the basis of the basics (alpha-alpha). The first multibad, which contained all the substances necessary for health, was developed on the basis of alfalfa. Alfalfa strengthens the immune system very well.
Alfalfa greens were used to feed livestock (in the field, the animals themselves preferred this grass). Milk yield increased several times, health improved, the coat shone (shone)... (and this is significant, because animals are always more visible!)
We make milk from semi-germinated alfalfa seeds and get healthier.
Ingredients:
1. Alfalfa seeds - 1 tablespoon (purchased from a healthy lifestyle store)
2. Water - 1 glass (melted)
Preparation
Soak alfalfa seeds (in the evening) in water overnight. In the morning we drain the water and leave the seeds until the next morning.
We rinse in slightly salted water (be sure to rinse, because alfalfa is a legume, the protein composition and seeds can "spree", ie bacteria can develop in them).
We place the "awakened" seeds in a blender container, add warm water. We turn on the device for a minute, filter it through a strainer and the milk is ready (we drink it on an empty stomach).
