Beef with pumpkin stewed in beer

  • Wash the meat and cut into small cubes of 2-3 centimeters.
  • Chop vegetables.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a dish for stewing, add garlic and quickly fry over high heat.
  • Add onions and sauté for two to three minutes over medium heat.
  • Turn off heating.
  • Fry the meat in a frying pan over high heat.
  • Place the meat in a stewing dish, add beer, ginger and simmer for about an hour, then add salt and simmer until almost cooked.
  • Add the diced carrots, pumpkin and herbs.
  • Stir, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until tender.
