Hello friends! I want to share with you this timeless recipe. I generally consider him a genius for his simplicity and taste. The recipe is so simple that my daughter can easily handle it.

CHEESE COOKIES GOES FEET

  • Stir flour with salt and baking powder.
  • Grate cold oil on a coarse grater and grind it with flour into crumbs.
  • Add cottage cheese and knead the dough.
  • Send the dough to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Take the dough out of the refrigerator and cut into pieces.
  • Mash each piece into a cake.
  • Stir in cinnamon and sugar and pour into a large bowl.
  • Press the tortilla over the sugar so that it sticks to one side.
  • Then fold the cake with sugar inside and roll in sugar again. Fold in half again - you get a triangle.
  • Fold the finished triangles on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.

Ingredients:

Flour 300 g
Curd 300 g
Butter 150 g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Sugar and cinnamon for dusting
