- Stir flour with salt and baking powder.
- Grate cold oil on a coarse grater and grind it with flour into crumbs.
- Add cottage cheese and knead the dough.
- Send the dough to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Take the dough out of the refrigerator and cut into pieces.
- Mash each piece into a cake.
- Stir in cinnamon and sugar and pour into a large bowl.
- Press the tortilla over the sugar so that it sticks to one side.
- Then fold the cake with sugar inside and roll in sugar again. Fold in half again - you get a triangle.
