Chicken stuffed with pancakes

I need: whole chicken, mushrooms, onions, 6-8 ready-made thin pancakes, salt and pepper.
  • Wash and dry the chicken, cut off all excess.
  • Carefully, using a knife, separate the skin.
  • As a result of all the manipulations, I got a pretty decent soup set, chicken meat and chicken skin with legs and wings.
  • Chicken meat should be finely chopped or minced.
  • Chop onion and mushrooms finely.
  • In a preheated pan, fry the onion until golden brown.
  • Add mushrooms and evaporate excess liquid.
  • Add mushrooms and onions to the minced chicken.

  • Minced meat should not be thick, it will need to be spread over the pancakes.
  • Spread the minced meat over the surface of the pancake, and roll up the pancake with a tube.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C degrees.
  • Spread the chicken skin on the board and place the pancakes inside.
  • The leather can now be sewn up or held together with toothpicks.
  • Using the same toothpick, pierce the skin in several places so that it does not crack when baking.
  • Pour some water into the mold and place the chicken.
  • On top, the chicken can be greased with sour cream on all sides.
Send to the oven. Roasting time 50 minutes.
If it starts to burn from above, cover with foil.
