Hello friends! I propose a recipe for another interesting salad. In terms of the composition of the products, the salad is more festive than everyday. Watch a video clip with all the procedures.

Festive salad "March 8"
- Turkey meat cut into thin strips (salad can be prepared with beef, veal or chicken).
- It is better to cut the meat across the fibers.
- Chop the onion finely.
- Fry the onions in a preheated pan for a couple of minutes.
- Then add the meat and fry everything together.
- When the meat is fried, slightly reduce heat and simmer until tender.
- Season with salt, pepper and turn off.
- While the meat is cooling, grate the celery root on a coarse grater.
- Cut the grapes into quarters.
- Send it to the celery.
- Chopped walnuts are also included.
- Put the cooled meat with onions in a salad bowl.
- It remains to add lettuce leaves, using an iceberg.
- If necessary, add a little salt and season with mayonnaise.
I added to homemade mayonnaise a spoonful of horseradish. I won't recommend it, because it's not for everybody.
Salad recipe for a holiday:
500 g fresh meat or poultry
1 large onion
200-250 g celery root
250-300 g grapes
50-70 g walnuts
150-200 g green salad
mayonnaise, salt, pepper
