- Remove two eggs and cream cheese from the refrigerator.
- Prepare the mold, I have 20 cm in diameter.
- I put some parchment down to make it easier to remove the cheesecake later.

- Melt 30-40 g of sugar and pour it over the nuts in a thin stream.

- Stir condensed milk with cream cheese.
- Add eggs and cream, you do not need to use the mixer, otherwise air bubbles will appear.
- Remove the base from the oven.
Reduce the oven temperature to 165 degrees Celsius.
- Pour water into a baking sheet and place in the oven.
- Add 1/2 tsp to the cheese mass. vanilla, two eggs and heavy cream.
- Mix everything well.
- Pour the cheese mass onto the base.
- Carefully place the cheesecake on the wire rack and place it directly over the baking sheet of water.
Baking time approx. 1 hour.
- When the cheesecake has cooled to room temperature, it should be refrigerated for 4-5 hours.
- Top with caramelized nuts.
- Remove the cheesecake from the mold.
