Hello friends! I changed the traditional recipe slightly to my liking and removed the potatoes. My dish is more like gravy with meat or meat with gravy. For goulash, you can use a ready-made seasoning that is sold in a store or make it yourself.

Express beef goulash

  • Wash and peel all vegetables.
  • Cut them into large pieces.
Chop vegetables coarsely
  • Grind all vegetables with a hand blender or mince.
  • You should get a homogeneous mass.
  • Pour the resulting gravy into an empty saucepan.
Vegetable puree sauce
  • Place the pot on the stove and turn on the lowest heat.
  • Cut the meat into cubes of 2-3 cm and remove excess moisture.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of starch or flour.
  • Mix everything.
  • Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  • Fry the meat in small batches on medium heat.
  • Fried meat transfer to a saucepan with boiling sauce.
  • Mix everything and bring the sauce to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, close the lid and leave for 20 minutes.
Meat in vegetable sauce
  • The stewing time in sour sauce is quite long.
  • But due to the absence of water, the sauce turns out to be very tasty and rich.
  • After 20 minutes, add salt and seasoning.
  • Mix everything and leave the meat to stew for another 15-20 minutes.
