Hello friends! I suggest one of the ways to prepare pollock fillet with vegetables. In general, I have a positive attitude towards vegetables and try to add them to all my recipes in different forms.

Pollock with vegetables
- Cut the pollock into large pieces.
- Marinate with soy sauce and fish seasoning. (This spice contains tarragon, mustard, coriander, sweet and hot peppers.)
- If there is no such seasoning and there is no soy sauce either, you can marinate fish lemon juice with vegetable oil.
- Mix everything gently and leave to marinate.
- Peel and chop vegetables.
- Fry the onions in a preheated pan for a minute.
- Add eggplant.
- Add tomatoes to fried vegetables.
- Season with salt, pepper and mix everything.
- Cover the vegetables with a lid and leave them on low heat for 15 minutes.
Fry pollock
- Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan.
- Preheat the skillet well before frying the fish.
- Otherwise, it will be very difficult to turn it over.
- Dip each piece in flour and fry on both sides over medium heat with the lid open.
- Put the fried pieces on a plate.
- Before frying the next batch, remove all leftovers from the pan and dry with a paper towel.
- Gently add the stewed vegetables to the fried fish.
Simmer all together for 10 minutes on minimum heat with the lid closed.

30-40 g soy sauce
flour for breading
