Today I continue a series of articles about my mother-in-law, who recently turned 85 years old. I want to share with my readers basic morning exercises, which Lydia Ivanovna does every day and remains in excellent physical shape.

4. Cycling (20 reps) Maintains the mobility of the joints of the lower extremities, strengthens the abdominal muscles.

5. Birch (30 seconds). After the birch, be sure to lie down for the same amount of time. Shaking effect and powerful rejuvenation of the body.

6. Twisting (20 seconds). Improves digestion, stretches the muscles of the back, neck and shoulder girdle. Each has a list of morning exercises can be individual, don't forget about regularity and a gradual increase in load.
