Today I will talk about not quite ordinary, but very tasty pastries called fingers with salted fish. A few days ago I tried to cook this dish, and we liked it so much that I decided to include it in my a branded section of dishes called"Eat your mind". In addition, fingers are prepared very simply and quickly, in just 30 minutes, and many pies can give odds!

1. We take any red salted fish (150 grams), if there is, remove the scales and remove the bones, cut into small pieces (as pictured). Then we take puff pastry (half the package is enough) and cut into rectangles (also shown in the photo, scroll to the right).

2. We form the fingers. Put fish, cheese on a rectangle of dough and wrap a finger. Be sure to pinch the dough from above. Everything is shown in the photo, scroll to the right.

3. We spread the fingers on a baking sheet poured with vegetable oil and grease on top with egg yolk. We place the baking sheet in a preheated up to 200 degrees oven and bake until browned (about 20 minutes). Done, it turns out really tasty try it!
