Today I will tell my readers about the recipe for making Peking cabbage chips. Many people like to eat chips, for example, my son buys this type of fast food very often. Of course, today, it's no secret that purchased chips are very harmful to health, it is easier to list the organs of a person on which this harmful snack does not have a negative effect. And with the regular use of chips, even experts cannot say how harmful they are to human health. But sometimes we all want something crispy with spices, in this situation I advise you prepare this useful analogue of harmful commercial chips, the more they prepare quickly.
1. We wash the head of Peking cabbage under running water and dry it with a towel. We disassemble the forks into leaves, cut out the thickened part of the leaf at the root, the rest of the thickening slightly beat off with improvised objects, I used a knife handle. Scroll the photo to the right.
2. Lubricate the leaves vegetable or olive oil. Olive oil will give the chips a light bitterness, which will make the flavor more piquant. Beyond the oil sheets you can sprinkle with anything, for example paprika, any herbs, garlic and even cheese. I decided to limit myself to salt and black pepper.
3. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and lay out the prepared cabbage leaves. Preheat the oven up to 180 degrees and bake within 30 minutes. Done!
