Today I will tell about making coffee according to the original recipe, which I saw in the TikTok social network, which is popular today among young people. More precisely, the social network itself was shown to me by my son, and during the acquaintance, a video about coffee fell out in the feed. Of course, I won't register at TikTok, but I decided to try the recipe. It turned out very much even nothing.
1. For cooking, we need a bowl or large mug. We pour 2 tablespoons of coffee. Add 3-4 tablespoons of sugar and 8 tablespoons of hot water. Beat the resulting mass with a mixer, if there is no mixer, you can use a spoon, it will just take more time. 2. Add two pieces of ice and some cold water about 50 milliliters. If there is no ice, you can do without it by adding a little more cold water and cooling it down a little. Then fill in cold milk. A layer of foam forms on the top of the bowl, it tastes like something like a latte, only milk and coffee are not separated. My son, who in principle does not like coffee, now often drinks this drink. Personally, I prefer pure coffee, but sometimes you can try this option for a change.
