Today I will tell how to usefully entertain young children or grandchildren during quarantine. This interesting method was started by my daughter a few days ago. According to her, he is very likes children, teaches them to order and teaches them to count. Therefore, I decided to share this method with my readers, perhaps some of you will take note of it. Moreover, during quarantine, both adults and children are at home all day, and this will be a little entertainment for everyone.
We need to cut small rectangles out of paper or cardboard - this will peculiar units, which the child will "earn" by performing certain actions. You can experiment with the size and color of "bills" by painting each denomination in different colors. If you have any board games such as Monopoly, then you can take play money from them.
Having dealt with the means of exchange, you need together with the child, define a number of tasks, performing which he will be able to receive a reward. All tasks are included in a special list, which is at hand and according to which "payment" is made. Of course, the tasks are developed individually for each child, according to age and abilities. The more difficult the task, the more expensive it "costs". As an example, I sketched a variant of the list, but I emphasize once again that this is all individual, and my example is not a sample.
Received "units" child can exchange for any sweets. The "price" should be set so that the child it was really possible to "save up" for something, but also that he could not "buy" everything, since an excess of sweets is unhealthy. For example, for 50 units, the child will receive 5 slices of chocolate, and for 30 units, 5 cookies. You can organize something like a small showcase, like in the photo. Of course all "rewards" are also selected individually. Thus, performing various activities, the child will be interested, and he will count and plan his "savings".
