In today's article I will tell you how to make three types of crispy chips from one Armenian lavash. It turns out three plates of delicious snacks, and most importantly without harmful chemical additives! I will not delay - let's start.
First, lay out the pita bread and cut it into three equal parts, it is more convenient to do it with scissors. We cut it into strips, and then into squares - these will be our chips. Scroll the photo to the right.
1. Chips with paprika. Put in a bowl paprika (1 teaspoon) Red pepper (1/5 teaspoon) salt (1 teaspoon) vegetable oil (30 milliliters).
2. Chips with sour cream and dill. Place in a bowl dill (half a bunch), garlic (2 cloves), vegetable oil (30 milliliters), salt (tea spoon), sour cream (2 tablespoons).
3. Cheese chips. This time we put in a bowl sour cream (3 tablespoons), garlic (2 cloves), rub on a grater cheese (100-150 grams) and add Littlewigs.
In each case, place a third of the chips in a bowl with the "filling" and mix, then put on a baking sheet, covered with parchment paper. Scroll to the right, everything is shown in detail.
We put the baking sheet in the preheated oven up to 200 degrees, about for 10 minutes, until the chips are crispy, but check constantly as they can burn easily.
