3 easy and quick ways to test for bad breath yourself. I checked myself.

In today's article I will talk about three simple and quick ways to check for yourself if you have bad breath. If you want to reliably find out if you have bad breath, but you don’t want to address these questions to loved ones, then the following methods will help you. In addition, some of them can be used on the go, for example in the toilet before an important meeting. I checked myself, let's see what came of it.

1. The first way is what is needed lick your wrist wait 7-8 seconds and sniff. Something like this smells from your mouth. But this is a superficial way, since you have only sniffed saliva from the tip of your tongue, where it is most pure.

2. For a more thorough check, take a cotton swab (a finger, in principle, will also work) and move it in the middle of the tongue, even closer to the back, but be careful not to induce a gag reflex. Also wait a few seconds and smell, there should be no pronounced smell, only in this case you will not smell bad breath.

3. To check freshness of breath you need any glass or mug, even a plastic one will do. Take a full breath, bring the glass to your face so that it is pressed tightly against your mouth and nose, and breathe out slowly through your mouth. Then, moving the glass a couple of centimeters away from the face, inhale sharply through your nose. So you will reliably understand how fresh your breath is. I tested all three methods, in the first two saliva did not smell at all, in the last experiment, I also did not feel any unpleasant notes. Rate the article like!
