The first week of the post has come to an end. I don’t know about you, but I’m not burdened by food restrictions. Only monotony bothers. And this is not because there are no excellent products with which to diversify the table, namely, being too lazy to stand at the stove and cook something new every time.
Today I will share with you a recipe for a vegetable stew, which you probably all ate more than once, but maybe you just did not remember during the fast.
Like everything that I offer on my page, I cook quickly. This dish will also be no exception.
For stew with pasta, we need:
Pasta / pasta - 200 gr.
Eggplant - 1 pc.
Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
Bow - 1 pc.
Tomatoes - pcs.
Champignons - 150 gr.
Dill, salt to taste
Cut eggplants and peppers into small pieces
Cut the champignons into thin slices
Onions and tomatoes are also small pieces.
Put everything in a pan and fry in vegetable oil.
While the vegetables are fried, or rather even stewed, put water and boil the pasta.
When the vegetables and pasta are ready, we combine all the products.
You can squeeze out a clove of garlic for spice.
That's all! The pasta with vegetables is ready!
Bon Appetit everyone!
