It was not for nothing that I wrote that the taste of this cookie takes us away in childhood, because in this cake we do not use any cream cheese or cream, without which any cake is not a cake now. And we use products that are familiar to us from childhood. I even remember how I made a surprise to my mother on March 8 - “potatoes”, the kitchen was all covered in cookie crumbs and sticky condensed milk, but nothing tastier, as it seemed to me then, could not be cooked!
What I like about this cake is that every housewife always has a set of products for it, and if not, then buy a budget version of cookies, condensed milk and go. For cooking
I took 300 grams of cookies, but having prepared it I can tell you that it is better to take 500 grams, otherwise there is nothing to eat with 300 grams.)
For the cake we need:
- Cookies - 300 gr. (Better than 500)
- Butter - 100 gr.
- Condensed milk -0.5 cans
- Cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons
- Walnuts - 70 gr.
Pour the cookies into a food processor and grind them into small crumbs. Melt the butter in the microwave, add to the cookies.
Add cocoa there. Mix everything well.
Twist the nuts in a food processor, but so that the nut pieces are felt. Add nuts and half a can of condensed milk to our "dough". If you take 500 grams of cookies or more, then add more butter and condensed milk.
Mix everything well. Form cakes.
Put it in the refrigerator for 1-2, so that the butter solidifies, then our cakes will keep their shape.
