If you ask me what can be tastier than chops, I will think for a long time, because it is difficult to imagine something tastier than fat, well-beaten and fried, lightly breaded piece of meat, which must be served with vegetables (you can easily do without a side dish) and a piece of fresh of bread. Down with diet and vegetarianism!
The recipe you read here has been tested over the years. All you need for this recipe:
- Pork chops from the neck - 2-4 pcs.
- Eggs - 1-2 pcs.
- Flour - 50 gr.
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
- If I choose chops from different parts of the pork, I will choose only the neck, because in my opinion, loin, tenderloin meat is good, but fat must be present, and it is in the neck, so we buy pork neck.
We beat the chops very well, salt and pepper.
For batter: beat the egg in a salad bowl with a fork, put the chop there.
After that, we send the chop on a plate with flour, you need to roll it on both sides. If you want the breading to become thicker, then the batter (egg-flour) process can be repeated twice.
While you are doing the meat, vegetable oil is heated on the stove in a skillet. Put the pieces of pork in a well-heated frying pan and fry at first over good heat for a few minutes with each side, then we make the fire smaller, cover with a lid and wait for the meat to come in the pan for several minutes.
