I would like to please the guests with something unusually tasty), but at the same time there is no desire to stand in the kitchen for hours. Today we will prepare an appetizer that will decorate your table, and the preparation of this dish will not take much time.
For tortilla with salmon, we need:
- Tortilla - 1 pack (usually there are 4 tortillas)
- Cream cheese (I have mascarpone) -200 gr.
- Lightly salted salmon -250 gr.
- Green salad - a couple of sheets
- Skewers
The tortilla leaf should be brushed with cream cheese. I do not regret the cheese, so that the taste of these rolls is not dry. By the way, if you didn't find a tortilla in the store, it's okay, buy thin Armenian lavash.
Put lettuce leaves on top. I made two rolls with salad, I didn't put it in the other two on purpose.
I cut the salmon into thin slices and put them on the salad.
I roll up a tight roll and do not cut it right away, but put the rolls in the refrigerator so that they do not seize much.
I cut the roll into small pieces, but do not grind it, otherwise the mini rolls will simply fall apart.
I pierce each piece with a skewer and onto the table!
