Today I want to share with you a recipe for generally traditional syrniki, but they have a small peculiarity preparation, in any case, not so long ago, I saw how my sister cooks them and took her experience on armament.
For cheese cakes we need:
- Cottage cheese - 500-600 gr.
- Eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Flour - 100 gr.
As I wrote above, the recipe is traditional.
Add 2 eggs and sugar to the curd. Mix everything thoroughly.
And now, an innovation that many of you probably knew, but it was interesting for me to see it. Pour half a glass of flour on a cling film with a thin layer,
spread the cottage cheese on top.
We take the film by the edges and roll it in our hands from side to side - it turns out a curd roll.
The excess flour will remain on the bag. How much dough is needed will take itself. Next, pinch off small portions from the roll, form cheese cakes
and fry them over a fire. What I liked about this recipe is that there is neither flour nor semolina in the cheesecakes themselves. Only cottage cheese inside!
You can sprinkle sugar on top!
Well, freshly squeezed juice from celery and apples is suitable for such cheese cakes.
