Drinking as much as possible is one of the principles of the body's defense against all kinds of viruses. If the skin and mucous membranes are sufficiently moist and do not crack, then there are fewer “gates” for infection, doctors advise now. Therefore, they say that you need to bury your nose and eyes with moisturizing drops, and lubricate your hands with cream after washing (so that the skin does not crack).

You shouldn't forget about moisturizing the body "from the inside" either, and it should obviously be moisturized not with something that contains degrees (alcohol and nicotine suppress the immune system). So let's get advanced and start hydrating healthy, right?

And here I am advocating that the main ingredient should be ginger. No wonder he is loved in Asia (and the fact that the English king was saved by ginger during the plague, I already wrote). The recipe for ginger Vedic tea has already been given, and today there will be drinks that can be prepared in just five minutes and drunk throughout the day (even with you it is worth taking and sipping from time to time, it certainly won't be worse, thanks to the properties ginger).

Ginger lemonade

Cooking is as easy as shelling pears. We clean a piece of ginger at least 4 centimeters, three and throw in a liter of water. Boil for no more than 10 minutes. If you are not allergic to honey, we use it instead of sugar. If you have an allergy, add sugar to taste.

There are a lot of flavoring options here: lemon juice (or even better - punched with a blender along with the peel lemon), oranges, herbs (mint, oregano, lemon balm - choose those that you like and according to the state of the body fit). By the way, the usefulness can be further increased by breaking a bunch of parsley into this lemonade - but then the resulting smoothie must be drunk immediately.

If you are preparing it "for future use", that is, to drink all day, keep in mind that no more than three glasses are recommended per sufferer. Well, additives, of course, must be made taking into account the storage conditions.

If only ginger - you can let it brew for a day. If with additives, then first let the lemonade brew on ginger for at least three hours, then add additives, then use it throughout the day.

Ginger Lingonberry Drink

Here the power of ginger and the magic of lingonberry are combined (by the way, it is also highly recommended for viral and bactericidal lesions).

We clean a piece of ginger about three centimeters (here the ginger does not solo), cut into pieces. Knead a pound of lingonberries. Drain the juice. Pour ginger and lingonberry cake with two liters of water and boil for no more than 10 minutes, then add lingonberry juice and honey to the cooled broth (if you are allergic to honey, then sugar).

Store also no more than a day.

Spicy orange, lemon, ginger and garlic smoothie with pepper

This is more likely for dinner than for breakfast and, alas, you won't be able to take it with you. But the drink itself is useful, and also - tears to the bones, so to speak.

We drive six oranges and two lemons through a juicer, a couple of cloves of garlic and a piece of ginger about five centimeters put in a blender, add a pinch of red hot pepper and - to soften the pungency - a couple of tablespoons of olive oils.

Beat all this at high speed until you get a foamy cocktail. We pour it out and drink it immediately, because one cannot stand like that.

Limitation: no more than a glass per day (and that is desirable 100-150 ml volume).

Variants: in the original recipe, 4 oranges and lemons are taken, but for my taste it turns out too sour (it tears not just to the bones, but to their brain). If you like hot and spicy herbs, you can add a bunch of parsley and a bunch of basil.
