Pasta salad can be a delicacy: two of my favorite recipes

I noticed that salads with pasta are not very common in our country. Well, or with pasta (pasta). But such a salad is a separate dish, and not only tasty, but also satisfying, and may well become the only dish - for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It may have enough calories.

True, there are several conditions for preparing a passyou

1. Pasta should be appropriate for cutting the salad, not long, so that they do not "knock out" from the overall picture

2. They must be cooked "aldente"

3. Immediately after cooking, they must be seasoned with olive (well, or other vegetable oil, if you do not like olive oil) and shake the bowl of pasta well - so that the oil is distributed over all the products, they will absorb it and not stuck together

Well, and then there is room for imagination, because neutral unleavened pasta goes almost everywhere.

Here are a couple of my "routine" pasta salad recipes.

For breakfast: fast

We throw in boiling water a couple of handfuls of pasta (bows, small shells, campanella), and while they are boiling until they are "by the teeth", we cut the radishes - a bunch or two, as you like. At the same time - chop a little parsley and green onions.

When the pasta is boiled, drain the water, fill with oil. Let it cool. Mix with radishes and herbs. Add 100-200 grams of curd cheese, mashed or broken into pieces, add some salt.

Season with either olive oil or yogurt (or sour cream) dressing with lemon.

For lunch or dinner: hearty

Boil some asparagus beans. Cut the chicken breast into pieces that will be in harmony with the pasta used. For my taste, bows are most suitable here - precisely because the chicken is easier to cut into pieces of irregular shape. If you cut it into strips, then you can even take just pasta. Oh yes, we boil the pasta too.

Fry the chicken in olive oil until crusty, but not dry. Salt, pepper. Cut sweet bell peppers into pieces similar to chicken pieces - half each of the peppers of different colors (this is more beautiful). Add to the pan, to the chicken, fry until aldente. When this is achieved, mix the asparagus beans, pasta, chicken and peppers and season with soy sauce.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds or sesame salt on top (here, the main thing is not to oversalt).

This salad can be served warm or cold.
