Pork tradesmen: a rich holiday hot dish

This delicious recipe for grilled meat. Pork turns out very juicy and tender. And getting ready quickly - in just 20-25 minutes.

Ingredients:

500 gr. pork tenderloin
100 gr. mushroom
200 gr. cheese
tomatoes (optional)
salt
pepper
mayonnaise
vegetable oil

Preparation:

1. Pork chop both chops and a good beat off with a hammer. To avoid staining your kitchen spray flying, every piece of meat you need to wrap plastic wrap or put in a bag.

And the hammer will remain clean and not clogged meat slices.

2. Season chops salt and black pepper.
Transfer the meat to a pre-oiled baking.

Pork can be sprinkled with any seasoning or spices for that meat.

3. If you do not mind tomatoes in the dish, you need to cut them into slices and arrange on the surface of the pork, so as to maximize its cover.

4. Next, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. The third part of the cheese, sprinkle the meat with tomatoes.

5. Fresh mushrooms chop plates or slices.
On top of the cheese, put the mushrooms.

It is better not to take frozen, as they give a lot of excess water which will dilute the natural juice of meat.

6. Lubricate all mayonnaise or make fine mesh of it.

Prisolit even the entire structure and sprinkle over the remaining cheese.

7. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

8. Bake meat tradesmen about 25 minutes.

Serve hot with your favorite side dish.
