Lush, airy, as fresh the next day!
Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalinina" channel! I welcome my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!
Today I share a recipe for Curd pies in the oven without yeast. This is the softest and most delicate curd dough. It is versatile suitable for sweet and savory fillings. The dough is so successful that the next day the pies do not stale, but remain soft and tasty.

Recipe:
Cottage cheese -200gr.
Egg -1pc.
Milk -50ml.
Vegetable oil -50 ml.
Salt -1 / 2 tsp.
Baking powder -1 pack (12gr)
Flour -200-250gr.
For filling:
Eggs -3-4 pcs.
Saira -1bank
Onion -1pc.
Salt to taste
COOKING METHOD
Put 200 grams of cottage cheese in a bowl, add 50 ml of milk, break 1 egg, add half a tsp. salt and punch everything with a blender until smooth. Now pour in 50 ml of vegetable oil and mix.
Let's measure out 200 grams of flour, add 1 pack of baking powder. Now add the sifted flour with baking powder to the curd and knead the dough. You may need more or less flour, it all depends on the moisture content of the curd. Today I needed another 30 grams more. We remove the dough for 15 minutes to rest.
During this time, we will prepare the filling. Cut 3 - 4 boiled eggs into cubes. Cut the onion into cubes and fry until translucent over medium heat. We take any canned fish, drain the liquid, remember with a fork. Add to the eggs, put onions, add a little salt. Stir the filling ready.
Divide the dough into 14-15 parts. Weighing 40 grams, we make balls. We take one bun, roll out a circle, put the filling in the middle. We make 4 cuts around the filling. Now cover the filling with the resulting petals. These are the pies that turn out.
Put on a baking sheet, grease with yolk with the addition of milk. We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Until rosy. Let the pies cool down a bit and serve. They are so soft and tender.
