Today I want to share with you a recipe for a quick chocolate honey cake. I advise everyone to cook it! The result is a delicious and delicate cake that melts in your mouth.

Recipe:

Egg -2pcs.

Cream -10 tbsp

Honey -2 tbsp.

Sugar -6 tbsp

Cocoa -4 tbsp

Flour -8 tbsp (no slide)

Vegetable oil -2 tbsp

Soda -1 / 2 tsp. (to repay)

For the cream:

Sour cream -500g.

Powdered sugar -3-5 tbsp.

Cooking method

Break 2 eggs into a bowl, add a little salt, 6 tbsp. sugar, beat everything with a mixer, you can beat with an ordinary whisk. Now add 2 tablespoons. honey, pour in 10 tbsp. cream, can be replaced with milk if there is no cream. Add 4 tbsp. vegetable oil.

Let's measure 4 tbsp. cocoa powder, add 8 tbsp to it. flour without a slide and mix. Add to the dough, mix. Now add half a tsp. soda, extinguish it with lemon juice and stir. The dough is not thick, but not liquid either.

We take a mold, it is best to take a silicone one. I have a mold diameter of 22 cm. Lubricate with oil, pour over the dough, level. We will bake in the microwave. Set the power to 800 watts, and the time is 7 minutes.

After the end of the time, it is important not to open the microwave for at least 2-3 minutes. Be sure to check the readiness with a wooden skewer.

We remove it from the mold, let it cool a little, it cools down quickly. While it cools down, prepare the cream. Any your favorite will do, I have today from the village sour cream.

I put 500 grams of sour cream, add 3 tbsp. powdered sugar and beat until the desired thickness. If you take store sour cream, then take at least 20% fat and do not beat it with a mixer, otherwise it will become liquid, but just stir it with a whisk or spoon.
Now cut the resulting cake into 3 or 4 cakes. Depending on what form you had. I first make cuts with a knife, then I cut with regular thread.

Lubricate the cakes on both sides with cream and lay them on top of each other. We coat the sides and top of the cake. We decorate as desired. I cut off the top of the sponge cake a little and turned it into crumbs with a blender. And sprinkle the cake with the resulting crumb. Let's let the cake soak a little, although if you can't wait, you can start tasting right away. It is already soft and delicious.

I also decorated the cake with melted chocolate. Cut into portions and enjoy.
