Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share a recipe fora streaky, juicy chicken. Everything is very simple, and the result is amazing. Serve this baked chicken on the festive table - it's worth it! And the secret of making such a chicken is simple - a good marinade and a baking sleeve.

Cooking method:

We take the chicken and divide it into parts, you can take only one drumstick or thigh.

Prepare the marinade, pour 50 ml of soy sauce into a bowl, add 1 tsp. honey, 4-5 cloves of garlic, spices to taste, I add half a tsp. sweet paprika, black pepper.

And add 1 tsp. mustard. I do not add salt, as the soy sauce will have enough salt. We mix. Put chicken in a bowl, fill with marinade. You can leave to marinate or start cooking right away.

Take the baking sleeve, put the chicken, pour in the remaining marinade. We tie the sleeve.

We put in the oven for 40 minutes, I like the chicken to separate well from the bones, so I put it on for 60 minutes, now I open the oven, cut the sleeve, turn the chicken over and bake for another 10 minutes,

turn over again and bake for another 10 minutes. To make the chicken a beautiful golden color.
The chicken is ready, serve. Juicy, tender and very tasty.
