Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!
Today I want to share a recipe for Cossack noodle soup. The first time I tried such a soup was in a cafe and immediately understood how it differs from the usual chicken noodle soup. Cossack soup is prepared with the addition of tomato, which gives it freshness and slightly sour taste. It is better to cook homemade noodles, especially since it is easy to prepare. I faked a recipe for noodles that don't swell in the finished soup even the next day.

Recipe:
Chicken -600 gr.
Water -2.5 liters.
Salt -1 tsp
Bay leaf -2pcs.
Bulb -2pcs.
Tomatoes -1pc.
For 2 serving noodle dough:
Eggs -2pcs.
Vegetable oil -2 tsp
Flour -200g.
Cooking method:
First, let's set the chicken to cook. Put 600 grams of chicken pieces in a saucepan. Fill with water, a saucepan with a volume of 3.6 liters. I have a chicken store, so I drain the first water, as the water boils and boils for 2-3 minutes.
Now I take out the meat, rinse it, put it in a saucepan and fill it with hot water. Now I add salt, bay leaf and onion. Cook over low heat until tender. It takes 35-40 minutes.
Let's immediately start making the noodle dough. I am preparing the dough for 2 servings. If you only need it for soup, then do it for 1 egg.
Break 2 eggs into a bowl, add 2 tsp. vegetable oil, mix and add the sifted flour.
I do not add salt to the dough, because it makes the dough rougher, and I do not add water either, because with water, the noodles swell in the finished soup.
Kneads tight dough, I need 200 grams of flour. Put the dough in a bag for 20-30 minutes so that the dough becomes elastic.
I divide the dough into 2 parts, take one part and roll out a thin layer so that the table is visible. You can leave it to dry on the table, but this is not necessary.
We cut the layer into pieces according to your desire, it all depends on how long you want to get the noodles, I divide into 2 parts, fold for convenience into several parts. And cut into strips. The noodles are ready.
As I said, I only need half of the cooked noodles for soup.
Cut the onion into cubes. Remove the skin from the fresh tomato. I do this. I pour boiling water for a minute, then take it out and fill it with cold water. Now I make cuts and shoot.
Cut the tomato into 4 rings or whatever you like.
Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, fry the onion until translucent, add the tomatoes and fry for a couple of minutes. We remove from the fire.
Remove the finished chicken from the pan, and dip the noodles into the broth.
Cook until tender for 5 minutes. Separate the meat from the spices and add to the soup, and add the frying. Cook for a couple more minutes. We try to add salt if necessary. Add black pepper, herbs, boil and remove from heat. The soup is ready.
We pour the sur into plates and serve, I like to serve with sour cream. Rich, aromatic, hearty and delicious.
