Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share a recipe for beetroot salad with smoked fish "King". I first tried it on my friend's birthday. It is prepared in the same way as the herring under a fur coat from the most accessible ingredients, but the difference is obvious in the composition and taste.

Recipe:

Smoked mackerel -1 pc.

Beets -500g.

Potatoes -300gr.

Bow -1 pc.

Cheese -50 gr.

Salt to taste

mayonnaise - to taste

COOKING METHOD

We take fish any smoked herring or mackerel, I have mackerel today. Divide into fillets. And we will cut the fish.

Cut the onion and pickle. You can leave it like that, I marinate like that. I add 1 tsp. sugar and 1 tbsp. 9% vinegar or apple cider vinegar and leave for 15 minutes.

Grate boiled beets 500 grams on a coarse grater and grate boiled potatoes 300 grams on a coarse grater. Grate 50 grams of hard cheese on a fine grater.

We collect the salad.
Put half the beets in the first layer, level them. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

The second layer is potatoes, grease with mayonnaise. The third layer is onion, the fourth layer is fish, grease with mayonnaise, the fifth layer is cheese, grease with mayonnaise. The sixth layer is the second half of the beets.

Lubricate with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with herbs. We put the salad in the refrigerator, brew and try. And now we serve. This is a delicious flaky salad. I recommend giving it a try.
