Recipe:

Option number 1:

Potatoes -500gr.

Eggs -3 pcs.

Garlic -3-4 teeth.

Salt -1 / 2 tsp.

A mixture of peppers - to taste

Green onions - to taste

Dill - to taste

For filling:

Champignons -250g.

Onion -1pc.

Salt to taste

Black pepper - to taste

Cheese -80g.

Option number 2:

Potatoes -500gr.

Eggs -3 pcs.

Onion-1pc

Salt -1 / 2 tsp.

A mixture of peppers - to taste

Green onions - to taste

Dill - to taste

For filling:

Boiled meat -200gr.

Onion -1pc.

Black pepper - to taste

Cheese -80g.

COOKING METHOD

The first filling I have is mushroom champignons, 250 grams, cut into cubes, chop the onion. In a frying pan, fry the onions until translucent, put the mushrooms and fry until the liquid evaporates.

Now add salt and spices, I add black pepper. Stir and remove from heat. Grate cheese 80 grams. Peel the potatoes, the weight of the peeled potatoes is 500 grams, rub on a coarse grater, you do not need to squeeze the juice.

Put potatoes in a bowl, pass 3-4 garlic cloves through a press, add half a tsp. salt, and spices. Dried greens of onions and dill.

Stir and break 3 eggs, mix. Pour the vegetable oil into a frying pan with a diameter of 26 cm, heat it up, put half of the potatoes, distribute, now put the mushrooms and cheese, pour the second half of the potatoes on top and distribute.

We close the lid and fry over medium heat so that everything has time to cook. Using a plate, turn the cake over and fry the other side until golden brown.

2 filling we cut the boiled chicken meat, cut the onion. First fry the onion, add the meat and now fry everything together, add black pepper and salt to taste.

Grate 500 grams of peeled potatoes on a coarse grater and grate 1 onion. Put potatoes and onions in a bowl, add salt, spices and herbs.

Break 3 eggs and mix. Pour half of the potato dough into the pan, put the filling, fill with the second half of the potatoes and fry over medium heat until cooked under the lid, turn over with a plate.

Cut into portions and serve hot to the table. Crispy appetizing crust on top, filling inside, tasty and satisfying.

You can experiment with fillings, it still turns out tasty with fried minced meat, for example, with sausage and cheese. In fact, this is one big potato pancake with a filling.
