Our whole family loves it, without exception, and it is not surprising because it is so appetizing, crunchy that you want to eat and eat it. I cook it instead of French fries. And he prepares so easily that even a child can handle it.

Recipe:
Potatoes -600g.
Salt -1 / 2 tsp.
Vegetable oil -2-3 tbsp
Breadcrumbs -3 tbsp.
Dried garlic -1 tsp
Sweet paprika -1 / 2 tsp
Black pepper - to taste
Basil - to taste
COOKING METHOD
Cut potatoes 600 grams into cubes.
Add half a tsp. salt, dried garlic 1 tsp, half tsp sweet paprika, black pepper to taste and a little dried basil.
Mix and add 2-3 tbsp. vegetable oil and now add 3 tbsp breadcrumbs. I cook the breadcrumbs myself, cut the loaf into cubes and dry in the oven until golden brown. Now grind in a blender.
Stir and place on a baking sheet with lined baking paper. I have baking paper without oil, so I don't grease. We put it in one layer. We put in a preheated oven and cook at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
Until the potatoes are ready. We serve ready potatoes to the table, you can serve instead of a side dish or as I cook specifically for watching your favorite TV series.
