Recipe:
Jam "Te Gusto" blackberry without sugar -200g
Butter -200gr.
Flour -350g.
Powdered sugar -130g.
Egg -1 pc.
Salt -1 / 4 tsp.
For glaze:
Powdered sugar - 300g.
Boiling water -2-4 tbsp.
Citric acid - to taste
COOKING METHOD
First, let's knead the dough. Sift 350 grams into a bowl and grate 200 grams of butter on a coarse grater, just that from the refrigerator.
Mix with flour. Now add 130 grams of powdered sugar. You can take a ready-made one, I do it myself, I grind granulated sugar with a blender.
Break 1 egg and add some salt. We knead the dough, you should get a plastic dough, it does not stick to your hands. I don't add baking powder and baking soda in this recipe.
Put in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. Now we get it and divide it into 2 equal parts. Immediately on baking paper or a rug, roll out the dough into a rectangle, using a rolling pin, correct it with your hands. The size is approximately 30 cm by 25 cm.
We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Up to a light golden hue. Now roll out the second rectangle of the same size and bake in the oven.
Now we take any jam that is at home, I love jam with sourness. I have sugar free blackberries today. Lubricate the first cake with jam, cover with the second cake.
Now let's prepare the icing. Put 300 grams of powdered sugar in a bowl, add gradually boiling water 3-4 tbsp. I add more a little citric acid to the icing sugar, You can add lemon juice, then the glaze will be with sourness.
And we mix so that the glaze is not too thick, but not liquid either. Pour onto cookies and smooth. Let the glaze freeze completely, I leave it for 2 hours so that the cakes are soaked in jam. Now I cut them into squares and can be served with tea.
Very tasty and easy to prepare. Recommend.
