Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share a recipe for fried eggplant in batter with minced meat. Now in eggplant season, this is a must-have. First, it's fast. Secondly, it is tasty, juicy and satisfying.

Recipe:

Eggplant -2pcs.

Minced meat -500gr.

Salt -1 / 2 tsp.

Onion -1pc.

Garlic -3 teeth.

Black pepper - to taste

Sweet paprika - to taste

Eggs -2pcs.

Flour - for boning

Vegetable oil - for frying

Cooking method

Cut the eggplant into circles slightly sideways.

Put in a bowl, add salt about 1/2 tsp. mix and leave for 15 minutes.

Let's prepare the minced meat, any mixed 400 grams will do. Chop the onion and a couple of garlic cloves and add to the minced meat. Add salt half a teaspoon, spices to taste, I add black pepper, and sweet paprika. We mix.

We take the eggplant and spread a thin layer of minced meat on it. Now roll in flour on all sides.

Beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt.

Pour vegetable oil into the pan. Now put the eggplant with minced meat in the egg and in the pan with minced meat down. We fry on low heat under a lid on both sides until cooked, it takes me 3-4 minutes on each side.

Remove from the pan and serve with sauce, we like it with garlic sour cream and add a vegetable salad.
