A running pie in 5 minutes! It is simply impossible to spoil it and it never gets boring! I want to share, in my opinion, the most successful recipe for a dough for jellied pies. From such a dough, the cake is always well baked, there is no moisture and the inside is porous like yeast dough. It is very simple to prepare and so we proceed.

Recipe:
For jellied dough:
Kefir -200ml.
Sour cream -150g.
Eggs -3 pcs.
Flour -170gr.
Baking powder -1 tsp.
Salt -1 / 2 tsp.
Cheese -50-100gr.
Butter -50g.
For filling:
Eggs -3-5pcs
Onion -100gr.
Salt -1 / 3 tsp.
Black pepper - to taste
COOKING METHOD
First, let's prepare the filling. Boil eggs 3-5 pieces, at your discretion. from the moment of boiling for 10 minutes. Peel and cut into cubes. Chop green onions 100 grams. Put eggs, onions in a bowl, add a little salt, black pepper and mix.
The filling is ready.
Let's take a dough. Pour 200 ml of kefir into a bowl, add 150 grams of sour cream of any fat content. We break 3 eggs.
Add half a tsp. salt and mix. Measure out 170 grams of flour and add 1 tsp. baking powder. Mix and add to kefir with eggs and sour cream. We mix.
Hard cheese what is in the refrigerator, rub 50-100 grams on a coarse grater and add to the dough, add 50 grams of soft butter. Mix the dough ready.
We take the form from the measure, the diameter of the form is 24 cm. Lubricate with vegetable oil. Pour about ΒΌ of the dough into the bottom. Put the filling, distribute and fill with the remaining dough.
We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Readiness can be checked with a wooden skewer. We take out, cut into portioned pieces and serve.
Tasty both hot and cold. As you can see, the inside of the cake is porous and baked well. I recommend cooking, very satisfying, fast and tasty.
