I confess that before I started counting calories to lose weight, I did not even pay attention to the BJU - for me these letters were a dark forest. Yes, I knew what they meant. And that is all. For what, why - I was not interested. But at least I knew what it was.

I realized how important BJU and their balance are for our body when I began to change my diet and understand products in order to balance nutrition.

In addition, from my own experience, I saw how much the lack of certain nutrients can affect our body. The lack of fats led me to hair loss, dry skin, and it's good that hormonal disruption did not come down to it!

Let's repeat, but for those who are not yet in the subject - let's talk about KBZHU.

The BJU balance helps our body to function normally. While the imbalance of BJU, on the contrary, leads to serious problems with metabolism. Deficit any nutrient will make itself felt in any case.

BJU - these are the bricks thanks to which our body functions - remove one brick and the system will break down immediately.

If we want to eat in a balanced way and for the benefit of the body, it is necessary to monitor the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. The balance of the BZHU is, first of all, our health.

You can lose weight by focusing only on calories, but the quality of the body and our health leave much to be desired.

And as an example of a menu on the calculation of KBZHU, I will show my daily diet.

I baked a lazy khachapuri for breakfast today. Just like many of you, on weekdays I make a quick option - rub the cheese into a dough, not cook it with a filling.

I cooked a double portion, so I have half a flatbread - two pieces. I even missed the lazy khachapuri and ate it with pleasure with green tea.

Breakfast came out on 330 kcal.

Let me briefly remind you of the recipe for lazy khachapuri for 1 serving: 80 g of cottage cheese 5%, an egg, 20 g of rice whole grain flour, a pinch of salt and baking powder, 30 g of cheese (I have mozzarella today). I often add dry garlic, marjoram and oregano to the dough and fry in a skillet under a lid on both sides. Today I sprayed a couple of zips of olive oil from a spray bottle.
When I make a double portion at once, I add only one egg.

I got up early today and immediately after breakfast went to work - to finish everything urgent, for which I did not have enough strength last night. Today I still have to run for beauty, and this is 2 hours lost, which I will have to make up for in the evening.

I returned home just in time for a snack and was very hungry after walking through the frost. And I had a stash. "Glass" of herring under a fur coat (290 g) - 325 kcal.

And again she sat down at the computer.

It's good when I cooked soup for a few days - gray, yes, have lunch. And you don't have to think every day - what to cook.

My lunch is a plate of beef pickle (450 g) with 40 g of natural yoghurt and Darnitsa bread (30 g).

My lunch turned out to be 290 kcal.

While the soup was warming up, I kneaded the dough for Christmas stollen according to the recipe given by one of the readers. Everything turned out to be simple and fast. The most difficult thing was asking my husband yesterday for rum from a stash for impregnating dried fruitsπŸ˜‚. Now we are turning into "waiters" - I put the stollen in the refrigerator, it will be infused there until Christmas, just three weeks, as expected.

Whoever has seen the recipe and is thinking about doing it or not - be sure to try it - nothing complicated. I did it for the first time. The aroma is amazing. But we know the taste only after three weeks. I have never cooked stollen, but I heard a lot about it. Now let's try it ourselves.

I decided to take a break and rest a little in the evening. Rather, give rest to my eyes, otherwise very soon I will stop seeing from this computer. I tell myself all the time that I will work less by the end of the year and even get it for a couple of days, and then everything will be all over again.

I arranged for myself an afternoon snack - 100 g of cold smoked pink salmon and tea - 175 kcal

Regular readers know my love for such fish. Sometimes I have a wild desire to eat lightly salted or smoked fish, such that I can't think of anything else. Probably a sweet tooth has the same sensations when you want something sweet?

Yes, and I can eat such a fish without everything, just washed down with tea. No bread needed. This is my weakness and I indulge itπŸ˜‚. And I don't care that after salted fish, I might swell a little the next day. The drinking regime will fix everything.

Today I have a blueberry casserole for dinner (240 g) - 350 kcal.

The result of the day: K - 1470, B - 118, F - 55, U - 115.

To help the calorie deficit and balance of the BJU, there will always be a drinking regimen and physical education.
